This Hef is B-A-N-A-N-A-S

Nice rotten red bananas, and plantains burnt to perfection in a cup of wort, and sprinkled with palm sugar.

    I am not sure whats happening here. Are you cooking the bananas in wort to eat or cooking them into the beer?

    They are for the beer, but I'm not gonna lie. I ate as much of it as I could get away with. I just stirred all the banana mush into primary.
